At the end of January I had a cyst removed from my right knee. What looks like a centipede on my knee is actually 23 staples that I could not wait to have removed. The recovery with healing, flexibility, and strength is taking longer than I had anticipated, but it is coming along. I am so grateful for physical therapy. I don't know how well I would recover without it. I have a huge hiking trip with my family in June that I hope to be prepared for. That has been a great motivator. Thank you again family & friends for all your help before, during, and after surgery.

Ouch!
